Orders usually ship from the warehouse within 48-72 hours on business days. Orders that are placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday-Wednesday or you will be contacted. You should receive your new items within 7-10 business days.
Different brands ship from different locations throughout the USA.
After purchasing your items, you will receive an order confirmation in your email.
Once the items have shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the delivery company’s website for easy tracking of your shipment. Once your shipment reaches a depot nearest your shipping destination, the shipping company will contact you by phone to set an appointment for the final delivery.
Large, Freight orders are curbside delivery. Smaller items will ship as ground delivery.
Includes lift-gate with delivery pre-notification. An appointment must be set in order to deliver the large freight items as the customer will need to sign for it.
The weight or packaging of this product requires delivery by special appointment (LTL), and on a wooden pallet.
Please provide a contact number to facilitate the delivery appointment.
The driver is responsible for curbside delivery “only” and will lower the items to ground level. You are responsible for maneuvering the contents into your home or facility.
Prior to shipping this product, we prefer to call you to share shipment details to ensure its success.
Residential Delivery Service
Residential delivery is a standard service that we provide which delivers the sauna unit directly to your residence. This is curbside delivery and does not include bringing the items inside, or provide installation.
Commercial Delivery ServiceCommercial delivery service is available to any business in the USA at no additional charge. This is curbside delivery and does not include bringing the items inside, or installation.
Safe HandlingOur shipping services include extra packaging to keep your sauna, steam shower or other items in perfect condition when it arrives at your door.
Delivery PolicyWhen your sauna or steam shower is delivered, the purchaser of the unit must be present for the delivery. The purchaser is required to inspect the packaging for damage, torn boxes, or holes in any of the packaging. Do not sign the delivery receipt until you are 100% sure that the product you received is in good condition.
Damage that is noted can be covered by a warranty policy. Damages that are reported later with no exemptions on the delivery receipt will not be covered. The packages must be opened within 3 days of receiving them to ensure the product is in good condition.
If damage is found internally with no damage to the outside of the box, call the shipping company and Sunflare Saunas at 866-433-7102 right away to report the issue.
