Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There is a restocking fee of 30% for returns.
To be eligible for a return, send an email to email@example.com with your original order number, product to be returned, reason for the return and your name. An RA (Return Authorization) number will be sent to you via email with instructions for returning your order.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED
No returns for Dundalk LeisureCraft saunas, plunges and hot tubs.
Refunds (if applicable)
Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result in a restocking fee of up to 30%.
With a return, the customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free, and also the restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days, less the original shipping fee and restocking fee (minimum 20%).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Cancellation of your order can be done only before the item has shipped. Once it has shipped we will not cancel the order.
Cancellation or changes to orders that include Dundalk products are only accepted within 14 days of order placement. Changes can not be made within 7 days of shipment date.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
