SunRay Saunas Warranty

SunRay Saunas carry a 7 Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, please complete and detach the warranty registration card below and send it along with a valid sales receipt to the warranty claims department address below. You can also contact our warranty claim department at warranty@sunraysaunas.com.

The 7 Year SunRay Warranty covers the entire structure of the sauna including the heating elements. The radio is covered by a limited 1-Year Warranty. If the warranty claims department determines that the sauna must be returned, it must be returned with a receipt showing date of purchase, purchase price, and the dealer from which the sauna was purchased. No warranty claim will be honored without a receipt.

Warranty claims will only be resolved with the repair of the current product or shipment of a replacement product.

Improper use or installation or damage resulting from acts of nature is not covered under the sauna warranty.

No other warranties expressed or implied shall be in effect in lieu of the 7 Year Warranty and no responsibility is assumed for present or future damage due to misuse. SunRay indoor saunas are intended for INDOOR USE. Use of SunRay Saunas outside that are intended for indoor use, voids the warranty.

Do not use lacquers, paints or abrasive cleaners on the sauna. Do not place the sauna on non-approved surfaces or in outdoor applications.

Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are considered normal characteristics of all wood."

All steam showers and combos carry a 7 year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the steam shower structure itself from peeling, fading, delaminating or cracking. Structural components include the acrylic panels, shower pan, ceiling, and glass panels. 

All steam shower parts carry a 1 year guarantee against defects.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

5 Year Limited Warranty: Golden Designs, Inc. warranties the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase. 

The saunas are for INDOOR use only. Placing your sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components will void this warranty.

Extent of Warranty: This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name, delivered in the continental United States or Canada and extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only. This warranty becomes valid at time of purchase and terminates either by specified time frame listed above, owner transfer, or relocation. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase.

Manufacturer Warranty: All Golden Designs, Inc. products are manufactured with the highest quality appliances and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The appliance warranty is extended through the manufacturer for the product including, but not limited to: stereos, CD/DVD players, etc. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Golden Designs, Inc. 

Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change manufacturers of any part to cover any existing warranty. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts. In addition you are responsible for insuring any parts shipped or returned. You must present Golden Designs, Inc. with proof of purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof of purchase documents will be cause to VOID this limited warranty. Products on which the serial number has been defaced or removed is not eligible for warranty service.

Warranty Limitations: This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, repairs by non-Golden Designs, Inc. authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of Golden Designs, Inc. invalidating this warranty including but are not limited to:

• Use of lacquer or paints
• Sauna and other Golden Designs, Inc. products accessories placed on non-approved surfaces
• Outdoor applications
• Normal wear and tear or weathering
• Use of product not in accordance with instructions

Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction. Note: Since the wood used in construction has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a sauna environment.

Disclaimers: Golden Designs, Inc. and Sunflare Saunas shall not be liable for loss of use of sauna or other Golden Designs, Inc. products or other secondary or incidental or consequential costs, expense or damages - which may include the removal of permanent deck or other custom fixtures or the necessity for crane removal - arising directly or indirectly out of the use or inability to use the product. Any implied warranty shall have duration equal of the applicable warranty stated above. Under no circumstances shall Golden Designs, Inc. or any of its representatives (Sunflare Saunas) be held liable for injury to any person or damage to any property, however arising. Specifications are subject to change without notice or obligation.

Legal Remedies: This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

*Limited Lifetime Warranty of Sauna Products is 5 years on heating elements and electronics from the date of purchase. The radio and wood structure have a 1 year limited warranty.

Enlighten Saunas Warranty

Enlighten Saunas warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

This warranty extends only to:

• a retail purchaser of a sauna or parts directly from the supplier;
• the authorized wholesale purchaser of a sauna or parts directly from the supplier;
• or a retail purchaser of a sauna or parts from an authorized wholesaler.

However, in the event of a sale, transfer or conveyance of a sauna or parts from any of the three (3) proceeding persons or entities, any rights, duties, and obligations associated with this warranty shall be null and void and of no further force and effect. The sauna or parts must be purchased and used within one year of the manufactured date.

The controls, heaters, electrical parts and wiring must be kept dry at all times and not exposed to any water or liquids.

Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for any special or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, its components and/or parts installed with or attached to it. The manufacturer is not liable for any injury to any persons or any claims of such that may be arising from the use, installation, and/or the service (repair) of the product.

Dundalk LeisureCraft Saunas Warranty

The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines.

This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product.

This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.

Orders usually ship from the warehouse within 48-72 hours on business days. Orders that are placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday-Wednesday or you will be contacted. You should receive your new items within 7-10 business days. 

Different brands ship from different locations throughout the USA.

After purchasing your sauna, you will receive an order confirmation in your email.

Once the items have shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the delivery company’s website for easy tracking of your shipment. Once your shipment reaches a depot nearest your shipping destination, the shipping company will contact you to set an appointment for the final delivery.

Large, Freight orders are curbside delivery. Smaller items will ship as ground delivery.

Includes lift-gate with delivery pre-notification. An appointment must be set in order to deliver the sauna as the customer will need to sign for it.

Residential Delivery Service

Residential delivery is a standard service that we provide which delivers the sauna unit directly to your residence. This is curbside delivery and does not include bringing the items inside, or installation.

Commercial Delivery Service

Commercial delivery service is available to any business in the USA at no additional charge. This is curbside delivery and does not include bringing the items inside, or installation.

Safe Handling

Our shipping services include extra packaging to keep your sauna, steam shower or other items in perfect condition when it arrives at your door.

Delivery Policy

When your sauna or steam shower is delivered, the purchaser of the unit must be present for the delivery. The purchaser is required to inspect the packaging for damage, torn boxes, or holes in any of the packaging. Do not sign the delivery receipt until you are 100% sure that the product you received is in good condition.

Damage that is noted can be covered by a warranty policy. Damages that are reported later with no exemptions on the delivery receipt will not be covered. The packages must be opened within 3 days of receiving them to ensure the product is in good condition.

If damage is found internally with no damage to the outside of the box, call the shipping company and Sunflare Saunas at 866-433-7102 right away to report the issue.
