The sauna is easily assembled. The heater settings are not straight forward but manageable. Overall I am very pleased with this product.

It’s the same style and stone my grandparents had in their sauna and is a beautiful addition to ours. I was a little concerned about it arriving because it was two weeks between when I ordered it and when it was shipped, but it arrived in the best shipping protection shortly after it was shipped. Great product, we’ve been enjoying it with eucalyptus oil!

Delivery was on time. Relatively easy to set up if you have two STRONG people helping you. The video helps more than the written instructions. I am a 69 year old female and this is a great investment in my health and well being. I love it and am so glad i purchased it!

We cannot express the amount of "WOW" factor regarding the purchase of our Dynamic Santiago 2 Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna. We have to say that this unit has exceeded our expectations and are absolutely pleased with this sauna. My wife and I use it every day and to tell you the truth we were a little skeptical about this purchase as we were not convinced of infrared saunas. Assembled the Grandby 3 in one morning. The sauna sets on our covered patio and looks great. It was important that the sauna operated on 120 volts rather than 240. The sauna heats up quickly and the components operate nicely. We enjoy using the sauna and it helps with aches and pains. Excellent value.

My Largo hot tub was delivered this week and we love it so much! You guys were great to work with in coordinating the delivery. The tub is everything we thought it would be. We look forward to getting a lot of use out of it.

Love this thing. Just wish I could take it with me when I travel cause I miss the daily routine. Stays clean and cool. Works awesome. Chills down in minutes.

It has been a great hot tub so far. The 220V models in this size were hard to find but I had limited deck space. So far so good. Its got powerful jets that are adjustable and a strong heater that gets it up to heat in no time.

I just started plunging. Found this model about $1000 cheaper than some of the other plug in models with a similar chiller. Have used it about 3 months and absolutely love it. Its a great compliment to my daily running regimen. Works great. I keep it around 50 degrees. When I go on my run I cut it down and its a 40 degrees when I get back.

The day-to-day effects of the plunge have been better than expected (and I had high expectations). I have more energy, I'm in a better mood, and I feel less affected by stress. I've been plunging twice a day (once in the morning and again after I workout). I stay in the plunge for about ten minutes and allow myself to fully relax and surrender to the cold. By the time I step out, I feel like I've been meditating for an hour.

The Plunge is an awesome investment in my health! I looked at several options but this was by far the best. When I got it I was amazed how easy it was to set it up and the guys at Luxury Spas were very helpful and responsive. For sure a 5 Star group.

The water was clean and freezing; it felt colder than the time I did a pure ice bath last year with a Wim Hof group. The circulation jets on this cold plunge prevent warm water from accumulating near your skin automatically, so it will be as always be as cold as you want it to be. Installation was a breeze with two people and fit through a small patio door and it was easy to navigate up two flights of narrow L and U shaped staircases.

What an amazing way to start the day! I feel terrific after.
